Beloved Flower Lover,
Welcome to day 19 of the 21 day Self Care Bootcamp using flowers.
The London Flower Lover Ripples of Love community has been growing and we wanted to firstly say a big welcome to you all. We are linked via the internet but also through something that was there before the net.
We wanted to celebrate this feeling of sharing and caring for others as part of self care. This happens because we are naturally connected. Now today we want to focus on co operation and on supporting our wholeness. We have a larger picture of wholeness.
We need to ask you something because we cannot do this activity by ourselves. We need you. We really can’t do this alone. OK, this is the thing.
At 5 p.m. GMT we would like you to do the following.
Relax, imagine some place beautiful and yourself relaxed and smiling.
Go through the pictures of the many new people in our community. Then choose to and send loving kindness in the form of beautiful flowers.
Choose anyone you are drawn to, or a few and simply send them feelings of abundance, happiness, peace, joy, beauty, and love in the form of flowers.
Do this with joy or peace or both. Please do this again, before you go to bed and first thing in the morning.
