Autumn Equinox 2021 in Northern Hemisphere will be at 20:20 (UK) on Wednesday, 22 September. And it’s a time for being grateful for all the achievements, accomplishments and successes from the previous year. It’s essentially a time of harvest. A time of joy.
Yet despite all the time that some people had in the pandemic, some of us had it real rough this year. Death, loss of jobs, loss of home and so much more. Because of that you may have neglected your Self care routine. You may have not made the time for it and got caught up with other things and therefore overlooked your need for care and nurturing of your own dreams .
You may be having a hard time, or you may not. Where ever you are on that continuum of personal accomplishment, Autumn is a time to go inwards and count your blessings. Now is the time to take stock and find ways to adjust your approach to yourself. To do so gently, gently gently.
We get it at the London Flower Lover, we understand about the struggle, stress and the frustrations that some people are going through right now and we have helped many people to find a way to empower themselves by learning more about going inwards , using their real nature to guide them and to indeed to guide them to blossom.
Autumn we find is a perfect time to raise your vibration. Flowers are a perfect way to remind yourself of higher vibration.
Yes and we mean this for r anyone who is struggling, or frustrated with life, especially if you are returning to the office, or you have children who need you, or looking after elderly parents, you may like to restore yourself through some routine of self care and self love. Now is a time to raise your vibration.
We do this with a three step plan in mind.
1 Identify what your vision of success looks like for the coming next three months
2 Review your current ways of self care, and look at what you can possible change in the next 15 minutes. That is all. Really.
We are not asking you to go heavy with yourself at all. In at this time of year the plan is all about relaxing allowing yourself to relax
3 Add flowers to your surroundings. Select flowers that reflect your dreams and vision. Place them in places in your home where you will always see them. Always be reminded of your dream. Let it settle into your inner world.
We all can’t do this you might say!
And yes, we get it, not everyone can get real flowers. You may find that if you don’t have the funds for fresh flowers. We invite you to use faux flowers or other symbols of flowers, in the form of a note book, planner with flowers on the cover, or floral print. Use flower essences, use floral perfume, anything that makes you dreamy , gentle and relaxed.
The premise of our Autumn Self Care plan for you is to relax, relax, relax. Autumn is a beautiful moment of letting go of that which is not of service and of planting dreams and visions.
Think about it, so much is now being harvested. The forest floor is currently littered with conkers and acorns. The future generation.
And it is in these darker months where we dream, meditate and vision. Allow these dreams to germinate in you without a pressure of action. Remember that the acorn has all it needs to survive the winter and will start to grow with the warmth of the spring. That’s you to.
Select flowers that reflect your highest vibration. Give yourself permission to slow down. Go within your dreams and vision to discover them and when you return from that dream quest, bring with you the flower that expresses it the most. The vision of a life you most desire!
