Flowers have helped me to redefine what humility actually is, she said, we wanted to learn more

Beloved Flower Lover,

Another person wrote to us recently and again we asked if it was ok to share. They gave us permission.

One of the limiting beliefs that is took me years to overcome was the idea of being humble. I was taught that being humble meant that I should never speak positively about myself. Other, people could but for me to recognize and say something good about myself was being prideful.

What I have learned instead is that I should appreciate the expression of Creator that I am. That I can speak up confidently about what is good about me.

One of the foundational principles that I now live by is the “I AM” Principle.  Exodus 3:14 When Moses asked Creator, Who shall I say sent me, the response for Creator was, say that I Am that, I am. I am has sent you.

Esoterically speaking I Am means that Creator is. No matter what you see or experience, Creator is. Whatever you say after the words I AM is who you believe yourself to be. I have chosen to affirm the positive aspects of me when I say I AM. I am intelligent, I am kind, I am worthy. Rather that the affirmations of I am a wretch, I am nothing, without Creator. These negative affirmations set a foundation for limiting beliefs that filter through all areas of your life.

The I AM principle as a positive has become front and centre in my everyday life. That’s what recognizing that I AM a creator has done for me. How about you?
