Working with flowers, focusing on appreciation, care and compassion is at the heart of what we do a we continue to garden under COVID-19 lockdown, weed the grasses and generally share with love. So here you go. We’ve tried it and its lovely. Here is their message to us, which we are shring with you.
“The coronavirus pandemic is awakening multi-millions to the reality of our interconnectedness. We are all in this together, which can turn out to be the bright side of it all. Yes, millions are isolated by ‘shelter in place’ or separated by ‘social distancing’, yet sensing that it’s now time to care for each other more than ever.” – Doc Childre, HeartMath founder |

Our deep compassion goes out to you, as we understand that we are all being challenged with highly stressful adjustments to situations disrupting the flow of our lives and feelings of safety. Our hearts are with you.
As a gesture of our care to hopefully uplift your spirit, we are offering free access to our popular new online program, The HeartMath Experience, during the months of April and May and possibly longer.
This effective 90‑minute interactive learning experience, which has been featured at film festivals, provides insights into the power of your heart’s intelligent guidance. You will learn 5 scientifically validated HeartMath techniques designed to help you reduce stress and anxiety while increasing inner security and emotional poise.
Research has also shown that these techniques for balancing the mind and emotions, as well as practicing compassionate care, especially enhance our immune system and boost our resilience.
