    • Pat , we love you……we do…..just seeing your name is so nice.
Over this year we decided to rethink our art form and reinforced in our minds that we are all about educating and inspiring. That we are about offering guidance to others who want to deepen self love, self compassion and need a place, even a community to reinforce this. Its all about you.
Some of us in the team have been going back to,writing poetry, and art classes and even painting again just to reinvigorate our art . Through this recent arts journey we feel confident that we know what value we share with others. It’s our approach to addressing the inner us and using flowers as a proxy to express the process of self love, self compassion, happiness, kindness, especially in the face of challenges and problems. Obviously we also look at the decorative aspects of flowers and we are get excited about say the Chelsea Flower show etc.
This week we were doing flowers and met a lady in London and began talking about happiness and she wanted to study it at University and found a newish course that allowed her to look at many of the topics we covered on our blog. We offered her lots of references and realised OMG- we have covered so much relevant, up to date research on kindness, happiness, self compassion and how to use flowers as a way to convey those feelings to others and to themselves. So, just want to say, thank you , thank you, thank you and you are so kind.
