How can you find optimism in the most desperate rock bottom time in life and then to experience the beauty of life bloom through you?

Beloved Flower Lover,

The Sunflowers are still staring at us and we are still having a beautifully sunny day here in London.

Many people around us are back to school. Some feel good about it. Some not. Some felt evicted from the school calendar because the children have all gone. Some are no longer in education themselves and did not know what to do at the beginning of the school week.

The Sunflowers are still staring at us and we are still having a beautifully sunny day here in London.

A time to shift out what needs to be left from all the stuff of life.

A crumbling loss,

everything is over,

the darkest moment?

a gift in strange wrapping paper which can never be taken away.

The opportunity to share with oneself the deepest amount of self compassion. Sharing self love when we feel shame, when we feel unlovable, when we feel scared on the inside.

The Sunflowers are still staring at us and we are still having a beautifully sunny day here in London.

We thought we might share ‘Glennon’s story  which is  a sort invitation to  using life shame challenges to re-bloom self in another way.

With colour and texture, we take floristry into an entirely new direction based on the challenges and joys of your life. Offering what we call 'heart based floristry' we use style, fashion, and life situations and merge them with heart based lifestyle support. This inspiring blend creates so much more for those who love flowers. Using flowers in the traditional way of course, but always using flowers to open up a floralicious conversation about relationships of all kinds. We are a sort of work in progress of compassionately confirming how we are already on the inside, the love we want to see out in the world. That is mission of The London Flower Lover. So saying yes to recognising that is at the heart of this blog and using flowers to honour that inner world is how we use the beauty of giving and receiving flowers. This blog is your blog.
