This time is about more than feeling loss.

Instead of shutting own, turning off desire, it’s s a time to become intimate with the juiciness of desire.

By noticing, how we turned ourself off during the summer is equally important. Noticing, even working with which flowers created a sense of turn off trances. And instead of complaining about focusing on the absence of desire, or getting upset about feeling humiliated when others pointed out the absence of some summer desire,( no picnics this year) that led to some self-judgement to switch it up.

For us, getting over the loss of summer is about being aware of when believing something was wrong with say, ‘femimine power’, had not received the desired respect. Say from other women who might regard focusing on the femiminine as dumbing down.

Now that was a sure trance turn off. Or the efforting of making it happen.

Alternatively, whenever weassumed that did not have what it take to ‘recieve’, which turned into frustration, resignation and numbness and unwillingness to turn the desire back on for fear of feeling the pain again.

Autumn gives us the reminder that we have the freedom to feel joyful at every given moment. What a gift of realisation.

Autumn helps us reclaim the joy of the femimine softness in the background. It’s a time of permission giving, as the earth re adorns herself.mmmmmm

      Thank you Marsha
