Welcome to day 18 of the 21-day self care Bootcamp using flowers. Today we are going to look at how we sometimes do not want to change. It’s an ok thing to acknowledge. It’s ideal. rather than beat yourself up just invite yourself to contemplate this today.
…….Sometimes we just want to stay in our cocoon. We are no longer willing to go out into the world. That’s when we disable ourselves. That’s when we do not want to be the healed person……
Joe Dispenza, explains that it takes time to learn and change. So give yourself that compassion as you change. Forget pushing yourself hard. Forget beating yourself up. You change in the way that is natural to you.
Perhaps now you can go get yourself some flowers all around yourself, so you can help yourself to remember how much you love yourself.
Now you have done that, ask yourself who can you help today? Who can you send flowers to? Who else needs you right now?
