Beloved Flower Lover,
Welcome to day 14 of your 21 Day Self Care Bootcamp using Flowers. Well done. If you have or have not completed the flower activities you are still a winner. If you have completed them in full or in part, you are here, and a winner. You are on the journey and receiving and sharing it’s benefits. Well done.
Q: What’s your desire for today? How do you want to feel today?
Your joy, peace and happiness, especially when you are facing chronic challenges is a gift to the world. And yes, we were very purposeful in our choice of words, when we described your, our ‘chronic challenges’. Because you may have awoken and be feeling ‘major dissatisfaction’ today. You may be sobbing, be shrieking, being attacked, or doing the attacking. Whatever is going on for you today, we are acknowledging those strong feelings as they make up the whole of you. So here goes.
Oh yes, we just turned around and had a ‘Columbo moment’…
…before we go on any further, can you refresh the flowers in your personal space or place of work? Can you get flowers from the garden or the shop/market?
Good, now can you go to the beautiful flower mandala.
We can wait for you to do that. Take all the time you need. We are here.
OK, good, you have returned. Lovely.
Please watch this very short video, and use it as the inspiration to re-consider your flower mandala. We selected this video today because these two women are drawing on ancient wisdom as they are talking about re-feminising goal setting. Go ahead watch it, and then look at your flower mandala.
Do you want to change it, make another or is it as it ought to be?
You choose. It’s your desire.
If you would like to let us know how it feels for you, please do. If you want to keep this intimate growth private, that’s perfect too.
What ever you do, we celebrate your highest desires for beauty, happiness, love, joy in your life, especially when you are experiencing chronic ill-health or other troubles.
