Day 12: 21 Day Self Care Bootcamp using Flowers

Beloved Flower Lover,

Welcome to day 12 of your 21 day bootcamp using flowers. Well done. If you have or have not completed the flower activities you are still a winner. If you have completed them in full or in part,  you are here, an a winner. Well done.

Today we are continuing with using the flower mandala as a way to express your self care. Choose beautiful flowers. Ones that make you feel incredibly tingly. Choose one’s which you regard as exquisite.

The topic we are looking at today is expressed through the phrase,  damned if you do and damned if you don’t. Meaning: If you say “damned if you do and damned if you don’t“, you’re saying that no matter what someone does, they’ll be criticised for it.

Please watch the Tony Robbins video and then create a self-appreciation flower mandala about a situation where you feel caught in a proverbial corner in which you can do or say two things, but either way the outcome is negative.  Then after creating your self-appreciation flower mandala, take a photo and then release it back to nature.

The flower mandala must express your self-appreciation as you consider this situation.  To prepare, you might want to close your eyes and re experience a winning, pleasurable feeling. A situation where you received a compliment, felt a pat on the back or felt winning feelings. The flower mandala you now create expresses yourself through these eyes of self-appreciation.

Follow the directions about how to create your flower mandala from day 10.

Use your playful side to create feelings of appreciation. Avoid waiting for positive thinking, instead appreciate playing with the flowers to immerse yourself into expressing a winning feeling of harmony between the feelings.  Remember that the conscious mind does not drive your life. It’s your subconscious that drives you.  The subconscious is best expressed and re programmed through relaxation, play and art.  So use the art of creating an appreciation flower mandala to play with your subconscious energies of self appreciation.

Make a point to look at your flower mandala of appreciation often.  Thank it. Appreciate that your subsconscious is awash with self appreciative energies.  Bring them to mind and become totally absorbed of feeling gratitude and thankful that your subsconscious is focusing on appreciation of you.

Thankful recognition for the engine that drives you,  is the point of this beautiful flower mandala you have created. Thankfully increasing the value of appreciating yourself using the flower mandalas is key to today’s self care. When you are done, say, “I know allow myself to fully appreciate myself no matter what”.

Now release it!

Well done. You have made a commitment to your self care.  Wow, you have completed today and even if you did not, it’s such a pleasure to feel the pleasure for being who we are. We look forward to tomorrow’s self care with flowers tip.
