Beloved Flower Lover,
Welcome to day 11 of your 21-day self-care Bootcamp. Taking time for yourself, for your transformation and using flowers is at the very heart of this 21-day programme. Today we are going to explore pain, pleasure, peace and purpose.
Tony Robbins has given a great lecture in the video below about pain, pleasure and peace. How we link up pain to our pleasures and how that in turn creates a loss of our purpose and joy. That is the lesson for today. He also talks about how to give yourself pleasure and even how to give yourself pleasure after a ‘mistake’. Excellent.
You are invited to listen to the Tony Robbins lecture right now, or after completing the creative flower task set out below. We are inviting you as part of your self-care bootcamp to get closer in touch with the creative visualization of your purpose and by using the directions from day 10, create, create and create. You may like to do this especially if you have had challenges, obstacles and fear. Decide to free yourself just by choosing to do something as simple as creating your own flower mandala today.
Creative Self Care Activity.
- Create a flower mandala which describes the purpose of your life.
- Create a flower mandala expressing how you are being as you experience your own ‘happy’.
- Choose the biggest obstacle you have right now. Then choose the greatest, most important dream that you have for your life and the life of others. Now create a flower mandala which expresses them both in harmony.
Once you create it, use it to be your focus of your life everyday. Look at the flower mandala often and enjoy it’s compelling meaning. It has power.
We made a mandala. It’s about love, joy, peace, happiness and beauty and sharing it with you, using flowers, everyday. That meaning is here today. The pleasure and the peace of just that makes us happy everyday.
Thank you for being in our world.
