Beloved Flower Lover,
A half smile on his face…a warm smile on her face. The body language was like a peaceful non verbal, action-love movie.
He came in, very slowly, eyes smiling, gazing softly, the mouth was wrinkled at the corners. The air felt changed. It totally changed. No longer looking at the movie. We became the movie. Plunged in it. Soothed,at last, we embraced. Chests heaved out as we breathed outwardly. Feeling Safe. It felt like we had all the time we ever needed to be together.
Flowers were offered.
A time of few words.
He said in each hour we should take 3, 30 sec- one minute pleasure breaks and at the end of the day to take 30 mins of pleasure.
His eyes smiled, our lips smiled. We got the picture.
We did not have the whole story…yet the space for possibilities was open.
His pleasure dosage plan was based on his brain research. He also said yawn, close your eyes and see the first big idea that pops into your heart. What we value deeply matters. Makes a difference. It’s important for us to speak to this deepest value.
He whispered a word into my ear.
The pictures of flowers, of beauty, trust, togetherness, warm half smiles changed my world.
“If it honours what the other values greatly then it creates understanding”, he said
We got to the point.
Our habit of love and appreciation grew
