Beloved Flower Lover,
She breathed out deeply and smiled as she decided to explore and practice simple living by reducing her consumption. By lowering expenditure on goods or services, and the time her family spent earning money . She began by recycling her perfume bottles with her favourite perfume.
She was thinking of leaving London because many friends around where giving excuses for their decision for violence in the city. Adult to adult anger, child to child frustration, friend to friend irritation. Then she spoke to another set of friends in London who looked just like her, who were sweet and loving towards themselves and others. They were having way more fun than they ever had before. They were chilling with each other. They were smiling. Who was she to believe about London? What did she experience? Did she decide to leave or stay in London ?
She got quiet, closed her eyes, calmed down and breathed for what seemed like twenty seconds and then smiled. Her shoulders dropped….What happened next felt like an adventure into eternity. An eternity where she experienced an ocean of tranquility.
An interruption. An ending. A beginning.
She decided to visualise an aroma of peace, love and joy rippling through her being by simply recycling from her worst experiences, feelings that exuding towards herself and others living in London love. That was the scent that came from her today. Love.
