Spring cool colours for weddings

Beloved flower lover,

We just wanted to say hello, you are great and big big kisses. ok, a number of people have been asking about colours for weddings.

Pastel colours are ideal for a spring wedding and we love fashion. We love fashion designers and how they use these calming colours. We suggest for a spring wedding to  choose from  mint green, vanilla yellow and candy floss pink – and you’ll have a cool look that’s on-trend and perfect for a spring wedding.

Once you have a colour scheme agreed, you can extend this into the other aspects of your Wedding day, including the flowers. “Springtime is a fantastic time for flowers,”

“Planted bulbs like hyacinths, daffodils and tulips all look stunning in pots with the bases covered in fresh moss – and this is a cost-effective option too. Alternatively cut spring flowers such as ranunculus (a favourite of ours) grouped together make a real statement when used in a variety of colours.”

Just a suggestion, we like  having long tables, banquet-style, with guests seated side by side as an interesting alternative to the round option. Neither is better than the other you just get a different look and relationship between your guests. A long table  allows you to add fabric or wallpaper table runners to bring colour and pattern into your décor.  We  love this style from .”

Hugs and kisses

I love the name Ranunculus. I may have to go to a florist and see if they have any. Need to try and find a proper florist near me.

    • The name is so much fun, yes we too enjoy it. It opens up the imagination and then you see the actual flower and its even more of a treat…..thanks for the thought, we thought we were the only ones who got a tickle for the name…..
