London florists say ‘the words you use to describe yourself and others matters this Easter Full moon

Beloved Flower Lover,

We have used no words in the picture above on purpose, for a good reason…we want you to think of the words you would use for it. Words you would use for your benefit combined with the beauty of the image.

The messages we write to each other in our flower cards matter. They affirm a feeling. Words on flower cards are often deeply treasured well after the flowers have faded.

The words we use to describe ourselves to ourselves matter too.

We give and send a specific energy with our choice of words. We have chosen words like peace, joy, love and all their synonym. Yet their opposites matter too when we are feeling stressed because of how big or small we feel in relation to money, love, health, career, parenting and anything else.

We can use words of kindness to ourselves to build a connection to this energy of kindness. We can therefore build the energy of peace, joy and love that we choose to benefit from, by using that to describe ourselves, others and situations. We therefore build our self image and the image of others and situations. It’s often called a ‘blessing’ or ‘benediction’ in old school centers of community.

Challenging situations can be described as beneficial to ourselves rather than being the source of our pain. So when composing messages for flower cards to encourage or empower others, we can consider words that remind us of that. The brain does not know the difference between a real or imagined event, so imagine yourself renewed like the beauty of the most beauty flower of spring time.

Words on flower cards like opposite, flip, switch, change, and any other variation help us to alter and redirect our focus on to what we do want rather than on what we don’t want.

Again, the brain does not know the difference between a real or imagined event, so imagine yourself renewed like the beauty of the most beauty flower of spring time.

So yes, yes, yes, we enjoy flowers because we see how their beauty redirects the attention towards our own inner experience of beauty. This combined with carefully chosen words can really boost the clarity of that focus.

So we are so grateful for the many challenges that so many of our clients quietly share with us, because we have learnt to trust, through the many interactions with people that we can all use words to change our attitude using words, plus the beauty of flowers. Words matter especially followed up by action.

So yes despite the many stories we have heard recently about tax cuts, repossession of homes, cancer, estrangement and so on, we choose to trust the permission we can give to the power of words to guide a bridge of our own growing energies to renew our attitudes.

Very Easter renewal like!

Sometimes we want to get rid of that ‘ick’ feeling  we have towards ourselves. That ‘ick’ we are sending to ourselves.

We suggest that you perhaps may want to use words in service of yourself instead. So write down that you recognise that ‘ick’ and forgive ourselves for believing that  ‘ick’ was what we had had to do. And then write out that you ‘allow’ yourself to know we have heard that about ourselves and ask ourselves to choose how else we would like to feel.

Basically rather than get rid of the ‘ick’ of  what we do not want, how about asking ourselves how would we like to feel instead.

Ask, ask, ask, listen, listen, and listen.

Easter time is ideal for renewal. In 3 months time it’s June and the Summer solstice. The highest point of energy on our home, our earth. So right now the energies are on the rise for us to use to create the loveliness we all imagine for ourselves and others.

Play around with bringing that growing energy into specific areas of our lives. Choose a given area, education, health, love, money, whatever.  Trusting ourselves that we can create that feeling first within ourselves is for us to practise first. Knowing we can bring that surge of energy into everything else in our lives is our personal responsibility…

so…

What would you like to say about yourself instead? How will you feel about yourself? Write it down . We find yellow paper really works for this.

Now say it,read it out loud, talk to yourself with these words. Listen to Wendi Friesen’s tips in the video below. Enjoy beautiful flowers surrounding yourself  as you empower yourself.

We love this work and the feedback you share and enjoy how you might be envisioning what you might do just now as you get inspired by your own inspirations.

Flowers inspire us, they invite us to image what situations we would like to bring that this inspiration too. We look forward to you enjoying your self doing this.

Easter is about renewal…….today’s full moon is ideal for writing down exactly what that renewal is about.

The brain does not know the difference between a real or imagined event, so imagine yourself renewed like the beauty of the most beauty flower of spring time.

p.s. What empowering words would you use, to boost you, to work  on your behalf to describe this image of flowers?

We invite you to share with us, or just write it down for yourself and notice how it makes you feel.
