Beloved Flower Lover
Does the woman in the video look depressed?
In some parts of the world, one in five women are on anti depressants…
Yet it’s our very nature to be happy.
Flowers can be a gift that keeps on giving. We’ve seen it work. However, just by understanding the components of happiness,(peace and joy) does not necessarily produce it. It’s not just enough to make up your mind to be happy, or to read about happiness techniques. Happiness is a skill you learn. It’s something you commit to physically practice.
But do not be hard on yourself if you think you are not happy.
If you are reading this, then it’s time for celebration. There are still fruits to pick called gratitude. To appreciate yourself where ever you are now. Whatever is stirring in you is already being enlivened. Maybe it’s the beauty of flowers, or something else that totally reminds you of your natural joys and peace.
Where you are now is all good.
Winter Solstice time is celebration time. A time to give thanks for where you are right now. Giving thanks for your tiniest accomplishments, what ever they are. Even if you have allowed yourself to even consider happiness as an option is an example of achievement, success. So no pressure.
Just by coming here, you already are nurturing your life force with happiness. Enlivening it with beauty.
Wow…allowing yourself to acknowledge your smallest achievements during the Winter Solstice is what will set you up for a wonderful 2013. Just do it. Just do it. Just do it.
Your nature, our nature is beautiful. It’s a law. That’s our infinite picture.
The part of you that is peace and joy guides you already. So know that you can surrender to that part during the Winter Solstice in restful stillness.
We offer you our gift of flowers to accompany you during this time.
Peace and Joy
The London Flower Lover.
