Frustrated,Teach me to be someone who can recieve my best…flowers

Beloved Flower lover,

Frustrated, anxious, grasping…. it’s just not happening!

Well yes, even when you go and do something relaxing, you still re-emerge with the same feelings. Ever been there? We have. In fact today is one of those days.

So today we have been exploring how to cut with ‘that challenge’, using the power of waiting, nourishing the spirit and just being gentle like the wind.

Ok, well, yet what does this mean? how can we really gently invite the answers in and hold into that gentle space when we are scared we will not get what we want?

So in our exploration of soothing tools and principles to express ‘heart based’ floristry we came across the gentle  ‘Change Me’, prayer coming out of the work of Toscha Sliver’s, Outrageous Openness.

We began to relax, get calm and laugh after we accepted our invitation to watch the videos we are sharing below. Now we invite you to open up and gently share with us what you make of the videos.

The London Flower Lover

p.s. a bonus

p.s. Now we are laughing and feel like we can look at beauty again. Our gentle flowers!

We have received soothing  messages from outside and feel optimistic again. We are getting chores out of the way without being distracted by them. Making ourselves gently comfortable. Subdued and actively cultivating by being optimistic about it, and by reminding ourselves of it regularly. However, we are not attempting to actually secure any outcome since our own efforts may be misdirected. Adapting with a friendly smile. Yes we are gentle!
