Beloved Flower Lover,
Times are changing, and we love to celebrate harvest time.
Want some help? Flowers could be the ideal companion to help create that loving conversation within yourself.
Flower’s can help you to create a story about how wonderful this time of year is. A story like, I love life, no matter what is going on outside. Or, life loves me, no matter what is going on outside. Imagine focusing on just that at this time of year. Imagine how your energy goes upwards. To have a totally different, sweeter conversation with yourself. Flowers can help you change and help your conversation stay focused on what’s so much more desirable about you and your life. Such a lovely story.
Imagine, if it’s a different story to what you already tell yourself. Yes, use your imagination. It will be an even more delicious outcome for your life. Mmmmm it’s really fun.
Smiling or sceptical about this possible explanation about how to use the autumn, and it’s flowers. Whatever, how about giving it a chance before you make the conclusion? Flowers can help you change your focus now as ‘time’, is changing. Help yourself to balance yourself out!
Have you noticed that people tend to say aahhhhh and ooooeeeeeee when they receive flowers and in fact our bodies kinda relax. Our shoulders go down, our breathing get’s deeper and we smile to ourselves and others, as we go deeper into ourselves. Have you noticed.
In fact, we open up parts of us inside that makes all the changes. It’s a natural, relaxed state of mind.
Have you noticed how people just look better after they receive flowers. How you look better. It’s because we are telling ourselves something kind in their own minds. In terms of the fact, we know that the Autumn Equinox is celebrated on the 22nd/23rd September in the northern hemisphere, (UK) and the 20th/21st of March in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s a time for balance in our lives.
The seasons are changing, we are experiencing change and we find that it’s a time when we might be just a little more open to suggestion. It might be a time to shift our internal focus, our internal conversation onto what is good in our lives. A time to rebalance.
It may be the time to look within and help yourself to feel good about yourself. To change the story you are having with yourself.
Conversations with Flowers!
Flowers can help you visualise yourself feeling good about yourself because you can keep practising those feelings. The mind will always go to what is most desirable, so imagine using autumn to repeatedly rebalance yourself, to remind yourself and others of how much they matter to you. Imagine the buzz, the energy, the love that generates, so quickly!
Let’s, go back to the science it here, at this time the Sun is directly overhead at the equator and day and night are of approximately equal lengths. At the equinox, the Sun rises everywhere on Earth (except the Poles) at about 6am in the morning and sets at about 6pm in the evening (though this can vary a little when time zones and daylight saving etc are taken into account).
NB: At the North Pole the Autumn Equinox is effectively the Polar sunset whilst the South Pole experiences it as a Polar sunrise.
Also known as the September equinox, the event signifies the first day of autumn in the UK. The autumn equinox is also used to determine the date of the traditional harvest festival which is held on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the autumn equinox. It’s a time for balance and rebalance.
More Conversations with Flowers
So much to enjoy.
We love being in tune with nature here , so it’s important to us to celebrate the change of time. So, it’s a perfect time to love yourself more, to celebrate all the loving relationships you have, to connect with people, to change the conversation going on in your heads about yourself. It’s a perfect time to re- nurture and recharge your mind.
We love to assist you with gorgeous flowers to remind you of your beauty and your relationship with life. That relationship that let’s you know that it loves you and you love it. It may be perfect to re- nurture yourself so you can reset that emotion of nurturing of yourself.
We suggest you have your flowers in a place where you can see their beauty just before you go to bed. In a place which you can see every day first and last thing. It can remind you that you feel really cared for. OK, we know feng shui experts tell us not in the bedroom, and that’s so ok. So you can decide for yourself where else to put them.
The main thing to do is to hold an image in our mind’s eye just before we go to bed that let’s us feel loved for, adored, cared for and beautiful.
What are Equinoxes?
More science! Equinoxes occur when the axis of rotation of the earth (i.e. the line form the N to S poles) is exactly parallel to the direction of motion of the earth around the sun. This happens on just two days of the year, the spring and autumn equinoxes. This means that day length is exactly the same (12 hours) at all points on the earth’s surface on these days (except right at each pole, where it will be about to change from permanent light to dark, or vice versa).
Where does the name Equinox come from?
It’s a time for celebrating what work’s so well in your life. To balance yourself out. Despite the name is derived from the Latin aequus (equal) and nox (night), because at the equinox the night and day are nearly equally long. As a time where you connect with happiness, peace, and joy. Imagine how you want to experience this time period. Are you ready to experience more love this autumn? Imagine building that happiness and love into your mind for rebalancing yourself.
Bringing out the best in you
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, delish. And we ask that question because it’s so often tied to flowers and the deepest part of us which open’s up to feeling the truth of our real nature. Divine.
Imagine, just taking some more time to experience your own self as divine and beautiful. Flowers can help you ready yourself for this experience right now. To really experience genuine love from the inside out first.
Do you know when we do weddings we have found a consistent them. We ask the question, how did you feel about yourself before you married? and the majority of them say. They loved themselves first. That was the key. We get that message from both men and women. Self Love then was their template which they could share and experience as amplified with someone else. It also suggests that if you do not have that clear picture in your own mind, you may need to create that self love template using your inner self to do that too. WOW.
So, so if you choose to, create that pattern inside yourself first, what ever happens you are in a space of love. You can use flowers to help your subconscious see yourself action that self love. To see yourself acting loving to yourself more and more often. Flowers, in your vicinity, can help you can create within your subconscious strong feelings and images of you experiencing a two way love connection.
Yes, flowers can provide you with a tangible, external reference point. To show yourself that you are ready for love, that you are warmed up for love, that you are open for love. Over and over again.
Why is this important?
Well, we encourage anyone to use the power of flowers. It’s almost like you can give them a task to do for you, a focus. They help to act as a reference point for you as you give your inner self something to tune into. Images and feelings of yourself smiling, experiencing giving and receiving genuine love. Smiling images and feelings of being held, adored, just as you are. Images and feelings of being loved what ever your size, colour, job, income, age, health and social status. Being already happy are feelings you can create and flowers can reinforce that for you to you. Yes, it’s all about you.
What’s lovely about this giving of yourself flowers is that it tells you that you are the source of your love. It starts with you. You are the root of love. You are the resevoir for love. You are the author of love so it’s the unique way that you stimulate love that allows you to enjoy the payback of love in your life. Love therefore is not something, or someone outside of you. It’s the place within you that you create, using all of your senses, smell, colour, taste, movement, music laughter, joy that is an expression of happiness and peace. Only you can create it within yourself in a way that is lasting. Only you can make that home where you are happy already. In fact, this might even mean that you are in the ideal place to be enjoying someone else now, because you are creating from a place which is so much sweeter. We would love to know, how you do this self love thing , please share.
OK, but yes, some of our clients tell us the opposite. They talk of frustration, loneliness, depression, and more of what comes with all of that. So we are sharing what we can about how to help.
Flowers can be a lovely companion to remind you of how gorgeous you are right now. However, to help that resevoir of love be the first port of call, you may need to create those inages and feelings of love, beauty, joy, peace and happiness within for yourself first. On the inside first, then notice how it ripples out.
