Flowers for Relaxation Response

The London Flower Lover

The London Flower Lover

Beloved flower Lover,

Imagine using flowers to heal your health. Some people are. Let us show you how.

Harvard University has spent lots of time studying how to evoke the relaxation response so you can heal yourself.  Find out more.http://www.relaxationresponse.org/ . An amazing Scot has helped us to be inspired to take the gentle response for healing. The  softer, heartfelt response helps. The Light hearted response creates more power. Ok,  from our research we notice that Dr David R Hamiliton, acquired an honors degree in biological and medicinal chemistry, and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry before working as a scientist in the pharmaceutical industry for several years. His research into the mind-body connection ultimately led him to leave that profession and become a motivational speaker. He went on to co-found an international relief charity, and he appears regularly in the media. He spends most of his time writing, giving talks, and leading workshops. David is also a blogger with The Huffington Post, writing on mind and health matters. He inspired this blog about using flowers for the relaxation response. He really encouraged us to talk about the softer, gentler approach to healing, by his reference to using flowers.
