Through 4 powerful phrases, you can stop creating the cycle of of things you do not want. It’s so simple. These four phrases are:
1. “I love you”
2. “I’m sorry”
3. “Please forgive me”
4. “Thank you”
*Identify the experience where you feel out of balance or have strong emotions
*Acknowledge that you are willing to take full responsibility for your life
*Recognize that you are willing to move beyond blame into forgiveness of yourself and others
*Repeat the four phrases, as above. Say this not to other people, but to the Divine within. The idea is to take responsibility for clearing the shared energy that is getting in the way of harmony
*Release the outcome to the Universe and rest in the awareness of the power and presence of Something Greater at work within the experience.
Every time you perceive something that is painful, coming from a memory, perceptions of imperfection, etc., use this process. Simply say it like a silent mantra…and notice what starts to happen as you apply Ho’o Pono Pono to your everyday life.
