Well they can help us to focus our hearts into a new area if we are feeling negative. They allow us to do something we may not normally do for an example. To explore feelings like love in great situations of adversity.

Flowers can help us to focus on wonderful feelings whilst we explore times of uncertainty . Because they represent to us and remind us of gorgeousness, they can help us to identify with beauty,joy,happiness just by association. Flowers can become a wonderful companion whilst we explore something new in our life. Maybe something which is new, a new path, which is breathtakingly special to us. Flowers can help us to accept ourselves even if we are not totally perfected,yet because they remind us of our true nature now. Yes.  Flowers can help us to discover our true nature. Yes, yes,yes. Because they can remind us of how perfect we are,  at what ever stage we are at.

Flowers can help us to forgive others and ourselves as we change.They give us a loving focus as we undertake this sort of work. As we surrender our old thinking and feeling.

Be practical

Do something practical too. Maybe in the next 24hours. It keeps you focused and out of your head. It keeps you practical and out of too much thinking.

Its ok if you notice that you are overwhelmed and things are not working.Its ok, if you notice you are angry, guilty, sad , depressed. Its ok, you can let it all go with help over time. Its ok because things can change and be reversed. Feelings can be the source of great transition,shifting from one place to another. All in ones own time and way.

At work, at home, with friends, with romance. Let go of the need to be needed. Let go of excess work and excess busy work. Let go of things, situations, aspirations that do not help you. Give yourself a breather. Give yourself space. Allow yourself to experience being at peace with it. Let it all go. Allow yourself to have a blank canvas. Only then can you paint something lovely, when you let go.
