Beloved Flower Lover
A wonderful amazing woman walked into today. She had gone to a healing day yesterday in Paddington for men and women and they were soaking up how to live a life of love, joy, happiness and peace.
She said it was incredible and that they were taught to expect something better. They were taught why, using what she called 11 laws. She said these were universal principles that describe who we really are.
No this woman did not strike us as a revolutionary, but she said it was a way to bring change into life. Into relationships, health, money, family, between cultures and so on. She said that they were being taught to immerse themselves in positive intentions, to take in and invite in feelings of the possible for what they wanted to create.
She said it had opened her up and provoked her. She said she was encouraged to be sceptical because the true meaning of sceptic was really someone that went and studied for themselves. So she was encouraged to go, do the exercises, like the write good things about your life for 40 days exercise and only after doing the exercise to assess ones findings.
She was taught the value of writing about what you want to see, what you choose to have in your life, what you intend for and love for in your life and the life of others. They were absorbing and practical exercises around health of the mind and body.
Gosh, to us, she was so inspiring, and encouraging and we continued to smile brightly at her as she continued to describe how she had decided to abandon old ideas of lack and instead create a willingness to be satisfied and a willingness to create a life she wanted to have. She said, she had decided to count her blessings and forsake and abandon an attachment to sadness, coming from suffering for a relationship gone bad. Yeah, its been a rough 2010, but hey, that does not define me.
She said, she had stood up for herself by a commitment to order white flowers to help her to focus and continue to occupy her heart and mind with love. She started with committing to herself and writing about what she was grateful for about the relationship good bad. To share the gratitude secret as she embraced the possibilities of the Winter Solstice.
She gave us the following details…….she said…that anyone can do it, cos its affecting us all……so
December 21 – December 24 (Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere) is also called Heb Nen:
She said that she learnt that the Winter Solstice can be likened to the ovulation day of a woman’s menstrual cycle — the day when the egg is most receptive to fertilization.
She said she learnt that is the major Yin time of the year when the Spirit is impregnated (programmed) to give birth to behaviors, habits and conditionings.
She said that this time should be utilized for Fasting, Meditation, sleep, and Rest to take advantage of the heightened receptivity of the Spirit and only allowing positive thoughts, energies, etc. into one’s sphere of awareness.
She was soft, gentle, kind and loving and said…..be nice to oneself about ones great fear and invite friends around to give support during the time up until early Jan.Because your conscience will guide you and declare to you your True Word on things.
She said, after the Solstice, maintain a positive mind-state via Meditations through to Jan. 6 (Day of Epiphany). Avoid entertaining negative images, thoughts, feelings, emotions, gossip etc and then record revelations andinsight on or after January 6.
Wow, she said all of that
we say thank you now we know why that this is the very very bery best time of the year
thank you for sharing…….
