Beloved Flower Lover
There is always one, two or many people to thank and express deep appreciation for. Before they die, whilst they live, whilst others can hear and witness their talents.
Well we have someone in our team that we experience a deep love for.
A classy lass!
Before we get there, before we share with you how she keeps our feet on solid ground, before we describe how she treats our most precious fear with dignity and allows us to blossom, before we go into the detail of allowing ourselves to dance because it makes magic, let us describe her talent.
She loves asking questions. From her computer remotely she asks lots of questions and gets lots of answers.
We love listening to her as she keeps asking these magic questions.
Questions- she loves them.
She is by profession a community lawyer in Manchester and she uses ‘magic’ questions that open us up to our most treasured possibilities.
If you read this blog, you know we love the word delicious.
We that’s how it is.
Questions that reveal options, choices, ideas and so much more to us and then to others like you.
Now thats a delicious meal.
She uses a salad of questions to help us to the most passionate intimate part of ourselves. With these questions we take a journey, to a place which is so abundant, so lush, so gorgeous that its just rampant with the best of us. She guides us to the part that may need a little gentle passport of soft kind words to help us feel we can make that journey. With her by our side we feel we can improve our lives. Its like she helps massage a whole generation to feel something just by using the most exquisitely crafted questions.Thats the test. When we are most stressed and making things bad for ourselves by getting into weird stories of how we can’t do something, she gently help us pinpoint our hidden concerns in comfortable ways.
Yes, we florists use the support of an amazing coach called Ms Sankofa. She lives in Manchester. And yes, even thought we live and work in London she supports the team by asking each one of us, each one of them simple questions like
How do you stop yourself?
What would happen if you did make a design you most loved?
are you willing to give up your old ideas?
how would you love to make yourself happy with your designs?
or how would you like to be?
How would you do the design in a way you love ?
how would you love to be more ?
how would you like to pinpoint your hidden concern?
how would you like to be ?
how would you like to be honest?
how would you love to be honest about the thing you most secretly want to experience?
how do you create that feeling you most love?
how do you bring that feeling into your design?
how would you like to listen to yourself as you design?
She helps us to adjust to change.
She helps to acknowledge that when we are feeling agitated that in fact we want to adjust to change, to use other parts of our being to recreate and master our tool and materials.
Easy as it is to come, it happens when it happens, the adjustments are how we work with our design.
Wonderful, forward thinking, and very aware of the amount of influence she has, she such a blessing in our lives. We love her and thats pretty much it. We love her, we would not have reached this far if we did not have her and we do not take her for granted.
How would I love? is the question she asks us to ask ourselves each day.
How would I love to love? Our hearts remain open, juiced up and energised to make even more for our amazingly fabulous clients, who come in every shape, size and colour.
Today, all our designs are for her, from our heart to express our deepest thanks, love and respect. She is a witness of life and its beauty. We are a witness of her willingness to walk her talk, express what she terms ‘maat’ and show us what that means today in our own life.
Thank you Ms Sankofa
