Autumn Romance at the Tower of London

Bank, Monument, Tower of London, Thames Walkway, Tower Gateway, Katharine Docks, Tall-Ships, Bars, Restaurants, Autumn Romance and flowers

Yesterday London was such a lovely warm day. If you could just see Londoners. The capital’s people all over smiled as they experienced 20C, 68F autumn sunshine. And in different ways, the picturesque aspects of London’s autumnal reds, oranges and russets, inspired us all.

This morning, we all came in feeling good, chatting about it and glad to be at work.

Then, later this morning, one of the youngest and sweetest of our wonderful team came in just sparkling, carrying a beautiful browny, green, autumn oak leaf she had picked up from the Tower of London. Her eyes twinkled as she explained that she too, had had a lovely day. That she had been walking on a romantic date from the Bank through to the Monument, which led them to the Tower of London and the Katharine Docks. Listening to her enchanted, animated ‘happily ever after’ description, she was simply beautiful, just exquisite, preening and planting her delightfully fragrant energy into us all day. We were all happy for her as she just giggled. She ‘let bliss in’. As we gazed at her all day, she reminded us of how we all do that to. Whenever we just stay in the now and letting go of the ghosts of romance past. She knew the difference between ‘falling in love’ and ‘standing happy in love’.

Our young teacher was teaching us to let go of the tight hold on the future or the past. We insisted that the air was filled sweet-smelling bliss. That was the only thing that we felt could account for the changes. Because, quite quickly, the energy in the room shifted as we, one by one acknowledged that paradise in ourselves.  One by one, each listener, promptly let go of any frustration of not being wherever he or she thought they ought to be in life. Each one instantly recognised how well they had all done.  Compassion seemed to over fill the room. That made such a difference.  The get-up-and-go happiness in the room was amplified. It seemed to increase ten fold, as each one us, found a personal element of the story that helped to stop negative self-judging and replace it with personal remembered stories of harmony. Any residual envy and judgment melted and slipped away. Yep, we eased up, as this listening to how this beautifully nubile girl enjoying her sex life, reminded us of how we appreciate beauty, blissfulness and peace in relationships too.  Harmony. We even noticed some of the compulsive eaters chuck away doughnuts and begin to talk about the possibility of taking some gentle exercise and reconnecting with their own sensuality. Big stuff-that deserves another post!

Provoked, we switched our attention and talked about the Docks themselves. A marina with luxury yachts, the Tower of London, shops,  stallholders selling honey roasted nuts, ice-cream, children, couples, walkers, cyclists, and old, young, families walking, playing and smiling. On some level, we all realised that we too had this niceness inside. We were not missing out. We too were lucky, fortunate and had had experience of this too to call on at any time. At anytime we could remake that sense of peace, joy and beauty at any time. Yeah all of this from a wonderful weekend of renewal.

That is something to celebrate

Our leader asked us the question, “Now how can one of London’s best kept secrets help us direct all of our best selves to activate and deeply stimulate loving and peacefulness that is not rocked by the external stuff.”

How can flowers activate something loving within ourselves? How can flowers help us choose to activate deep love within ourselves first? How can flowers help us to hold onto it? How can flowers help us to contemplate the preciousness of life? How can we use flowers to help us practise not making our happiness be all about if others love us or not? How can we use flowers to avoid not make others the object of our attention? How can flowers help us let go any nightmare we feel we are experiencing, with money, relationships, and health-whatever. How can flowers engage us and ask us what we can do no to ensure that we experience of joy and bliss from on the inside first? How can flowers offer us that opportunity? That gift?

The London Flower Lover

Flowers can be a very practical expression. A doorway, a pathway, a window to a place where we want to live. A portal to connect to paradise.  A bit like sensuality, an expression has an impact from the head downwards in the body.  So many of us had been taught that to be adult was to forget about paradise, in everyday life. In the now. In the days where you are just chopping wood and carrying water. Flowers can help us to reconnect where we had cut ourselves off. The practical thing to do with flowers is to use them to just tell the truth about a situation and ask the flowers to take it away. Use them to help you look at limitations and restrictions. Get your flowers and let it go.

You may miss out of really becoming fully aware of their bodily impact, until you actually have flowers in your home or office. How good then would, it be for professionally arranged flowers to be a part of your life on a regular basis.  We know, like many things, you may not know how flowers can light your space up, unless you actually try them. So, we invite you to explore receiving different designs from floral designers.

The London Flower Lover

This design is really a blend of happy, large headed British grown sunflowers. You can use this sort of design as a jumping of point to discuss your own designs you request from a florist like ourselves.

We get so excited when we see the sunflowers. We rather use them as a sort of springboard, a place to create a design that reminds you to put you /love at the centre of your life.  So as you identify that place within the heart of love, you may consider talking to us about creating designs for yourself.

You do not have to work that hard; you can just relax, sit back and let us create. You can use the beautiful arrangements we make to remind you that where you are is already beautiful and gorgeous.  And even if you do not believe that yet, you may like to use designs to invite you to consider this as a possibility. It’s a trigger that can help you adjust as you return to love.

We also like to share with our clients that in their moments of indecision, that it is the questions that they are asking that is causing the indecision. That is ok to know that it is just your personality that is a bit afraid of doing the wrong thing. That it is ok, to let go of having the mind and intellect work it all out and instead focus on love. Self love first. It’s ok to use self-love as your teacher. For love to be the intelligence. For love to be that healer. Let love show you love and then answers will come.

We choose flowers that we love. That really melts and warms you. We encourage you to allow yourself to choose flowers that represent a sense of relief for you. That allows you to breathe deeply and say, ooooooh, aaaaaaah. To choose the ones that allows you to change your perspective on life. By breathing in their beauty, by touching their fragrance.

Peony: The London Flower Lover

It is our cue to really share how flowers help you to tune into your real wisdom.  We love putting them together into a design using the many techniques and styles that we have.

So look, when you choose flowers from us, remember you can always choose again. You will always get it correct. You can explore many different styles, traditional, exotic, and contemporary and a range of colours. Ask yourself what is the purpose of the flowers in your business, home, relationships. What do you really want to experience? Love, warmth, compassion, pain relief, happiness, reassurance?

The Flowers, the flowers, the flowers!

We love the way the sunflowers are so bright, and just big and bouncy. They remind us of happiness. We love the shades of oak leaves, the shades of brown, orange, russet, and green and how the leaves become a blend of colour. We love the way the oranges and reds change and keep changing. We love it all. What can be more loving that we can see change of nature? We love the way that the seeds of autumn and just there. We love how we can bring them into a home, office, or spiritual place to demonstrate love.

Just use flowers on a daily basis to makes home, feel homey. To feel the special ness of spiritual places, or the productivity of an office. Flowers make a space look loved for, cared for. We feel it and we love flowers. We love the way flowers just teach us to show our tender affection for life in our environments.

Thank you for welcoming us into your life, to share our approach to floristry and how we use flowers to treasure your own space with the beauty of flowers
